Just a simple table of jump fatigue timers, assuming you jump the instant you are able. The formula used is (Tc-(Tc*.1)*(ly+1)) and where Tc is current timer and ly is the light years jumped. 1LY jumps 2 min

Its a nice concept, but I think rather than being inherent, it should be a skill, which requires warfare link spec 5 and only applies to people who are in fleet/wing/squad assignments under you, and anyone out of place acts like an anchor anyways....
